My culinary career began as a thirteen year old in a successful Italian restaurant, shoulder to shoulder with the best chef I’ve ever known, my mentor, my Uncle Mike. He taught me how to handle, prepare, respect and most of all LOVE to create delicious meals for my guests.
Over the last 30 years I have mastered my craft, utilizing different flavors, styles and cuisines, but I always return home to my Italian roots. That is what Chef Mike’s is today–a celebration of friends and family and food.

After being named a Food Network Cutthroat Kitchen Champion in 2017, I went back to work to create a unique place for fun, community, and the best rustic, stick-to-your-bones Italian food you’ve ever tasted.
